Kap 3.9

Pkt 3.9.1 List of Coast Stations har utgått och ersatts med CD-skiva med namnet Lista IV – List of Coast Stations and Special Service Stations.   

Nedan - innehåll, hämtat från ITU hemsida.List IV contains important information for the mariner in relation to radiocommunications, including GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System) and CP (Public Correspondence) services. Detailed information is provided in relation to the facilities available at each maritime coast radio station. These stations may provide watch-keeping using digital selective calling (DSC) techniques and radiotelephony. The frequencies for transmitting and receiving and the geographical coordinates for each station are listed. Details of additional services such as medical advice, navigational and meteorological warnings, MSI (Maritime Safety Information), AIS (Automatic Identification System), meteorological bulletins and radio time signals are also provided, along with hours of service and operational frequencies. List IV also contains information on port stations, pilot stations, coast Earth stations, VTS stations, contact information of RCC (Rescue Coordination Centres), SAR agencies, NAVAREA coordinators and AtoNs (AIS Aids to Navigation). It should be noted that no supplements will be printed between two editions. However, the compilation of changes notified to this List, will be made available for information and free of charge, through the ITU MARS webpage.www.itu.int/en/ITU-R/terrestrial/mars/Pages/MARS.aspx 

 

Pkt 3.9.2 List of Ship Stations

Listan finns numera endast som CD-skiva, har också fått nytt namn – List of Ship Stations and Maritime Mobile Service Identity Assignments (List V)

The List of Ship Stations and Maritime Mobile Service Identity Assignments (List V) is a service publication prepared and issued, once a year, by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), in accordance with provision no. 20.8 of the Radio Regulations (RR). As stipulated in Appendix 16 to the RR, this List shall be provided to all ship stations for which a Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) installation is required by international agreement. New edition released annually in April.

 

Pkt 3.9.3 List of Callsign and Numerical Identities har utgått. Informationen i listan återfinns numera i List of Ship Stations and and Moritime Mobile Service Identity. Se IMO nots nedan.

The List of Ship Stations (List V) and the List of Call Signs and Numerical Identities (List VIIA) are merging into a new Service publication entitled List of Ship Stations and Maritime Mobile Service Identity Assignments (List V). This new List will be issued annually and no supplements will be printed. Amendments notified to this list will be available free of charge on the ITU MARS webpage: http://www.itu.int/ITU-R/go/mars.

 

Pkt 3.9.4 List of Radiodetermination and special Service Stations har också utgått. Informationen i listan återfinns numera i List of Coast Stations and Special Service Stations. Se IMO nots nedan.

This new List will be issued every two years and no supplements will be printed. Pkt 3.11.3.3. Lyngby radio är nedlagd som kustradiostation, möjligheten att beställa telefonsamtal finns således inte längre.

3.12 Internationell frekvens/kanaltabell VHF (156-174 MHz)

Ny internationell kanalplan

Från och med den1 januari 2017 gäller en ny internationell kanalplan, beslutad av ITU (Internationella Teleunionen). Anledningen är det ökande behovet av fler maritima VHF-kanaler för bl.a. VTS, AIS, kommersiella önskemål, hamnar m.m. Alla länder har dock inte anpassat sig till det nya. När ändringarna slår igenom i praktiken är osäkert och kan i vissa länder ta flera år. Detta gäller även i Sverige där (i skrivande stund april 2017) kanalfördelningen ännu inte är genomförd. Arbetet pågår dock mellan myndigheterna. Den som avser att segla utanför svenskt farvatten har som VHF-användare skyldighet att sätta sig in i de regler som gäller för respektive land.

Idag (april 2017) gäller samma kanalanvändning på VHF-bandet som under 2016 för Sveriges del. Stockholmradios arbetskanaler (duplex) är samma som under 2016 tills annat meddelas.

VHF-användare kan och bör hålla sig uppdaterade vilka VHF-kanaler i Sverige som kommer att beröras av kommande ändringar. Sjöfartsverket (www.sjofartsverket.se), PTS (www.pts.se) och Stockholmradio (www.stockholmradio.se) kommer att publicera information på sina respektive webbsidor, när det finns information att lämna.
